There is a reason that this book can be found on so many practitioners' shelves; this book is, simply put...essential. It toes the line of being a bit too much of a textbook, but if you really want to dive deeply into how to foster effective multicultural teams, this book is it. Most of the major theories are found within, and it's a lovely starting point for grad students.
This is a fantastic book for anyone who wants to "up their game" when it comes to relationship-building. Whether you're actually in a for-profit context or just trying to expand your network and partnerships, the simple steps laid out in this book will surely give you a boost if applied consistently. Don't be turned off by the word "revenue". Read this book!
